I help families of young children who are worried about development, behaviour or sleep. I’m based in West Sussex and work with families in person and online.

Why I do this work
I’ve spent my career in the early years. I started as a teacher, went on to lead nursery settings, then specialised in SEND. Eventually I became Strategic Lead for Early Years SEND and Inclusion at a local authority.
In that role, I saw the same thing again and again. The families who most needed help often found the standard support the hardest to access, or the worst fit for their child. There were long waits and sleep advice that didn’t account for sensory needs. Many parents came out of meetings feeling unheard.
I set up Peaceful Pathways to change that, one family at a time. I offer specialist support without the red tape, working with you and alongside your child’s nursery.
I’m a mum to a little one in the thick of the early years. I know the tiredness, the worry about whether you’re getting it right, and how much you want the best for your child. I bring all of that to my work with families.
How I work
You’re the expert on your child. I bring specialist knowledge alongside yours, not over the top of it.
I’m on your side. I’ll help you understand what’s happening and give you the confidence to speak up for your child.
I work with your nursery, not against them. The best outcomes happen when everyone around your child works together.
I always follow evidence-based practice and safer sleep guidance.
Qualifications and experience

• BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies
• NASENC National Award for Special Educational Needs and Disability Coordination
Professional
• Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
• Over 10 years teaching in and managing early years settings
• Five years as Strategic Lead for Early Years SEND and Inclusion at a UK local authority
