Worried about your little one’s development, behaviour or sleep? You don’t have to work it out alone.

I’m Grace. I help families in West Sussex understand their child, find a way forward, and feel more confident, whether or not there’s a diagnosis.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a friendly conversation about your child.

Hello, I’m Grace

Before setting up Peaceful Pathways, I was Strategic Lead for Early Years SEND and Inclusion at a local authority. Before that, I spent over 10 years teaching in and managing early years settings.

In those roles I met many families who knew something wasn’t quite right but couldn’t get the help they needed. Some were stuck on long waiting lists, and many weren’t sure what to do next. I set up Peaceful Pathways to be the support I wished those families had.

I start with your child, not with a method. I’m also a mum myself, so I know how exhausting and lonely it can feel when you’re worried about your little one.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your child isn’t talking yet, or not as much as other children their age

  • Meltdowns or big emotions are hard to understand or manage

  • Nursery has mentioned concerns, and you’re not sure what happens next

  • You’re on a waiting list for an assessment and don’t know what to do in the meantime

  • Your child has recently been diagnosed and you feel overwhelmed

  • Bedtime is a battle, or nobody in the house is sleeping

If any of these feel familiar, I can help. You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t need to have it all figured out.

How I can help?

Early Years Development & SEND Support
For families with children aged 0–5 who have, or may have, special educational needs. Together we’ll make sense of what you’re seeing and put practical strategies in place at home. I can also help you navigate nursery and the SEND system with confidence. Most families start with First Steps, my £275 starter package.

Sleep Support
For children whose sleep hasn’t improved with the usual advice, including children with sensory differences or additional needs. I take a gentle, individual approach built around how your child experiences the world.
